The challenge
The Tresorerie Generale de Divo operated with isolated systems and fragmented processes. Suppliers had no real-time visibility into the status of their payment mandates. The challenge: unify management systems and provide suppliers with secure access to track their mandate progress online.
Methodological approach
The project started with an in-depth analysis of administrative workflows within the Treasury. Identification of siloed systems and fragmented processes. Design of a unified web platform with role-based access control. Implementation of real-time mandate tracking for suppliers. Setup of secure authentication and authorization.
Technical architecture
Frontend interface for suppliers and administrative dashboard. Backend API for mandate status queries, payment tracking and authorization. Database integrating Treasury data, transaction history and audit logs. Security ensured by role-based access control (RBAC), secure authentication and encrypted connections.
The deliverable
A production-ready web platform operational at the Tresorerie de Divo, with live access for suppliers.
My contribution
Full-stack design and development, from requirements analysis to production deployment. Project carried out autonomously.
Recognition and impact
The initially three-month internship was extended by two additional months due to the value delivered. The platform is operational and used daily by the Tresorerie de Divo.
